Pilates Class
Private Class
Private Pilates classes are great if you are looking for some one on one time with the instructor. This time gives the instructor, and you, a chance to get to know your body more personally and in-depth so as to create an exercise plan that would work best for you.
No matter your skill level or abilities, private Pilates instructors can adapt their exercises and routines to fit you. They want to help your core muscles be strong and be able to do their job, but not by rushing you. They want to help you reach your fitness potential.

Semi Private Pilates
A semi-private Pilates class is a small group class consisting of only two individuals.
This class is great for those who would like to work out with a family member or friend. Sometimes people feel more motivated when they have a fitness buddy, and you and your partner can take advantage of a semi-private class.
Semi-private classes give you all the benefits of private classes, but with a friend! Your instructor will be able to evaluate your ability and give you exercises to help you improve.
When you are working out with a partner, you can push each other too, which results in a more rounded and fulfilling Pilates session.
Group Reformer Pilates
Pilates for Surfers
Surf’s up! We offer Reformer group classes for surfers. Pilates improves strength, balance, and posture, while also preventing new injuries and helping to rehabilitate old ones. In surfing, paddling out, duck-diving, paddling for waves, taking off, managing the surf line, and completing manoeuvres on the wave face, are hugely improved by Pilates training exercises. The exercises are focused on the middle of the body, providing a strong, balanced posture and reducing back pain. Since full concentration is needed to coordinate the breath with the movements, and also to ensure control and flow, the result is improved mental focus and body awareness.
