Iren’s foray into the health and fitness space began in 2020. At the time, she was pregnant with her first child and recognised the importance of being in good physical and mental shape for childbirth and motherhood. 

This led her on a path to discovering Pilates, where she worked on improving posture, core strength, and flexibility. Iren also completed her Pilates Teacher Training, nurturing both her physical and mental core. 

It was here that the seed was sown to share this wonderful experience with her network and kin, leading to the birth of BUMP BLISS, her very first pre-post natal  studio. 

As the world recovered from the pandemic, interest in health and wellbeing blossomed. BUMP BLISS took on a new shape. The BUMP has transformed into the BODY, where the scope of the studio and its teachings broadened. This is when the rebranding began. 

So, Welcome to BODY BLISS for EVERY BODY.

Meet the trainers

Our Trainers are Fitness & Wellness Professionals, equipped with a deep understanding of the human body. They bring to the team their own expertise in HIT, Boxing, Pilates or Yoga.

Marsella Margareth

Pilates Instructor

Marsella was born in Jakarta and graduated with a Communication Studies degree from the London School of Public Relations. She is passionate about movement, and for the last 7 years has been working full-time in the Health and Fitness Industry.

Awarded Indonesia’s Pilates Trainer of the Year 2021 by Fitness Best Asia, her passion is to educate people in all ages and fitness levels about Pilates and body awareness with attention to precision, control, versatility and a scientific approach to movement.

High-Intensity Interval Training is also a discipline that she is deeply devoted to due to its virtues of fitness, strength, and conditioning. Marsella’s qualifications and teaching experience are varied, ranging from Pilates to Yoga and Suspension Training. Marsella’s qualifications include a Pilates Teacher Training from Balanced Body® Education.

Marsella regularly trains pre and post-natal clients, surfers, athletes as well as absolute beginners and people recovering from injuries.

Lilie Eliani

Pilates Instructor

Lilie has loved Pilates ever since she first came across the practice in 2015. Since then, she has sought to share her knowledge and passion with the world. 

One of her favourite exercises is the Short Spine, which engages the core, articulates the spine, and improves bodily coordination. Lilie’s qualifications include a Pilates Teacher Training from Sunset Pilates Bali, along with work experience at Body Bliss.

She is commited to helping client reach their fitness goals and discover the benefits of Pilates.

Andini Soepomo

Pilates Instructor

After pursuing an International Relations degree from Parahyangan University, Bandung, Andini worked in the advertising industry for 10 years. Her fitness journey began shortly after starting a family, which led her to explore the benefits of Yoga and Pilates and ultimately make the decision to teach part-time.

Andini graduated from a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, led by the American master, Denise Payne, in 2018. In 2022, she completed a BASI (Body, Arts and Science International) Comprehensive Pilates training at Aalaya Pilates and shared this gift of knowledge through practice.

Her teaching journey has been a continuous one, guided by the firm belief that she is always a student, learning and growing in knowledge.

Andini’s aim is to help each client meet their individual fitness goals.
